If the Police still deny lodging your FIR, you can make a formal complaint to the nearest judicial magistrate, who will direct the police to register the FIR if deemed necessary.

Subject: Complaint Letter for not registering the FIR.

Ma’am,

My name is Tushar Gupta, and I live in Navy Nagar, Meena Estate. I've been living here for nearly ten years. I'm writing to inform you that my next-door neighbor, Mr. Harish Kumar, has been causing a nuisance every day. He is an alcoholic who causes havoc on a daily basis. This constant disturbance is upsetting all of the residents in the area. He's now threatening to harm anyone who doesn't give him the money he wants. Everyone has been affected by this, and we all find it difficult to enter or exit our homes for fear of him. The officer in charge did not register the FIR when I went to register it. Instead, he asked us not to bother him. The perpetrator has been harassing us even more since the news of the officers failing to register the FIR spread.

I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter as soon as possible and assist us. Please take action as soon as possible because this is becoming a serious concern. I'm looking forward to hearing from you.

Thanking you,

Yours sincerely,

Tushar Gupta.
