Dear Sir,
This is to bring to your notice the worsened hygienic condition of the lobby area and the lifts in our society.
The corridors and the lobby area are not being maintained clean by the maintenance faculty and the lifts turn out to seem so dirty with all kinds of mess on the walls and the floor. Children have been falling sick and we have been facing severe problems with the uncleanliness.
We request you to take the immediate necessary actions to resolve this problem.

Dear sir,
I am writing to bring to your notice that the irrespective of paying maintenance fees on time, we are not being able to avail proper services. The lift remains dysfunctional most of the times and there is no routine sweeping done in the lobby area too. This is causing a lot of trouble to us as stray dogs defecate in the lobby relentlessly which is very annoying and unhygienic.
