No, because there are many instances which shows us that after many failures person outstand other's.
what we will you do if u meet someone as talented as others or maybe ahead of them but he /she isn't dressed properly or his /her personality isn't that outstanding..or catching!

society should also change its perspective towards outward appearance as the soul apperance this is kinda a myth for everyone who are decieve by outward persona because it can be altered according to situation but inner heart is pure.
