The above picture depicts an old man as a cobbler. He is mending the shoes on the near a park which is on the roadside. An old man shouldn't do work which is stressful for them, but he is doing the same as he doesn't have anyone to care for him. The government should take actions against the old ages of the country so to make such old citizens stay safe and spend rest if their life in peace. I found this picture very observant.
