family is not a group of people living together and sharing their joys and sorrows. we all feel a secure and happy even great problems only when we are with our family. Our family gives us a special power which cannot be seen but can be belt.

we all have joys and hardships of life.joys cannot be incerased untill shared and hardship cannot be lessened untill taken help and support.we have our family whose member are always there by our side in our good and also bad times.joys and hardships need not be great onse but yet we need our family's support at every step of our life.

let me give some common examples of joys happiness.

-sharing food and things

-annoying small brother abd sister.

-taking kisses from elders and many more.

well, hardships are what we need to accepct to lead better life.both happiness and sadness are very much important in our life.the last thing I would like to tell is, inspite of all these we all live united in a family

A factory worker spend his life with his meagre, yet hard earned income. He is happy with his earning acquuired after working for several hours at the factory .

he experiences joy when he comes back home afterhis day's work and is welcomed by his family.

Due to his hard physical labor, he lives away from the risks to die by a heart attack, hypertension, high blood sugar or cholesterol. He has limited resources and therefore limited desires to be fulfilled. This is also the key to his happiness. His family manages to feel happy by sharing small joys of life among themselves. In contrast to the greedy and insatiable desires and ambitions of a family owner who extends his working hours, spends sleepless nights, fails to spare time for his family and lives life in perpetual stress rather than with joy, a factory owner's life is more peaceful and basic need oriented. He is never part of any rat-race and doesn't have to compromise his mental peace or run after fame or success. A factory worker lives life as it comes to him. He accepts his access to limited resources and aims to live more in little joys offered to him in his daily life.
