A scene at the traffic signal

• In the urban life of India traffic signals is a big issue. Once I was going to my college I was already lived and suddenly I encountered a traffic signal which showed 300 seconds timer to wait for. However even though the traffic cross 300 second it was still red light that was on. There were lots of hawkers were living outside the window of the car.
• Also everyone was screaming and across situation to place outside. It was very hot outside so we decided not to move outside the car. There was constant horns which irritated our nerves at last we realised that it was the fault of the traffic signal
