As we all know that"cleanliness is next to godliness". Therefore, it's important to maintain cleanliness in our surroundings. We always keep our house clean and free from dust . Hence, it's our duty to keep our mother earth clean and tidy as it's our dwelling. Our surroundings must be kept clean and tidy . Nowadays, as we observe that many diseases are spreading which can afflict a person's health and can even be proved fatal. Cleanliness is most basic and cheapest way to keep away with these diseases. If we throw garbage in the dustbins and dispose it off properly, the problem of houseflies is automatically solved. A small step today can make a big difference. One must practise personsal hygiene and social hygiene as well. The eating places must be kept kept clean and free of flies . Flies are referred to as Public Enemy No. 1. Drains must be kept covered as they are the breeding places of mosquitoes. Mosquitoes also cause severe diseases such as dengue fever, malaria , filariasis and yellow fever as well. Keeping our surroundings clean is not only beneficial to you but also for other people. Today , lumps of rags , litters of garbage and legions of dicarded e - waste are found lying roadside which may cause serious diseases to both animals and plants . Our government is taking innovative steps to solve these problems. As a responsible citizen , we must also support our government as it is not a government fight but a human fight . Planting trees and keeping up sanitation are some of the easiest methods to promote cleanliness. Cleanliness will further promote health and hygiene. Every person would be free of diseases and ailments. Such a proud moment it would be! So let's join hands together and make our Mother Earth neat and tidy.
