Explanation:

The night market is a very unique place in our country. I agree that the night market is a wonderful feature in Malaysia because people from all walks of life could be seen there. Last Friday, my family and I paid a visit to the night market which was located a stone throws away from my house.

There were stall selling fresh products such as vegetables, fruits, meats, seafood, and others. Besides, some stalls sold clothes, accessories, shoes, foods and all sorts of goods. Most of the products sold here were always dirt cheap compare with those in the supermarket or department store.  My mother even haggled with the vendors to buy the goods with the best deal.

The rainbow-colored parasols also colored up the night market. The number of people in the night market keeps increasing when the dark sky starts to roll in. The people walked in an endless stream. Children who tag along with their parents will be glued to the toys sold there.

 The market is also known as a haven or food heritage where the aroma of freshly cooked food filled the air. The mouthwatering dishes such as satay, Asam Laksa and a dizzying array of 'kuih' and snacks made me feel hungry.

By 10 pm, the shoppers started to dwindle and the vendors and stall owners began to pack their staff. The bustling area became deserted. It was a wonderful and ecstatic outing for me.

                  "my visit to fish market"

The night before my birthday was very  exciting to ,i felt so excited that i was having dreams about my birthday all the night.   the next morning my mom and dad gave me presents and wished me. i was very happy and thanked my  parents. then i had freshed up myself and came down for breakfast . i was already feeling the aroma of maggi all around my nose and maggi is my favorite breakfast then my mom bought maggi at my last bite my mom told my father to bring fish from market and other groceries ,actually i love to go to fish market but i was avoided every time but this time i decided to go definitely . so i asked my father he could not deny because it was my birthday.

so i immediately picked the up basket and sat on my fathers bike , fish market was 3 km away so it took a little bit of time to reach there when we reached there we felt the smell of the fish in the air. my father told me that my grandfather was a fisherman and he had died due to a tsunami in the ocean when my father was studying in a hostel far away in the city.  i felt sad about the people who lost their families in the disasters. i saw many varieties of fish there . many people were especially from villages who come and sell fish for their livelihood , some people are even cheated by middle men. my father took me to a famous fish shop in the market i saw a incident which was quite painful the boy working in the shop was trying yo read a piece of paper but suddenly his owner came and bet him and scolded him saying that "you are a  poor fellow and do u need education stop nonsense and do your work . i became very upset by the scene and my father took the fish and we started for home i asked my father about the boy he said that boy works for his family and his parents are poor to educate him so they send him to work . there was an idea swirling in my mind ,as soon as we reached our house i went to my room and picked some clothes and toys in a box and went down i asked my father to take me to an orphanage nearby so i could give things to them, i went with my father and gave them toys and clothes they felt very happy and thanked me i felt this was my best birth day of my life. that day i decided what was i going to be , from that day onwards on my every birthday i celebrated it with the poor and good.                                

The girl now is grown with the passion to serve her people she is now an IAS officer and helps people and inspires people.
