It is a very famous quote that pen is mightier than sword. Yes, it is true. A writer can bring more change and is more effective than the person who uses sword in this hand for change. This is why newspapers, news channels, etc. affects people more than anything. But their level of content is decreasing day by day.
In order to maintain or raise the TRPs of channels, only scandals are shown and that too on repeat basis. No one bothers about how it will affect people or whether it has content or whether it is relevant or important. Only the income matters. The proportion of informative news has decreased. New trend has begun regarding the live conversation of the members of different political parties.
Media is that system with which one can spread a message to thousands of people in very less time. Hence, it should be properly used to convey people that message which is worth spreading. It can awaken or encourage or discourage large number of people. Law should be passed regulating the media too.
