A Visit to Dhaba
Explanation:
- When we on our road trip, we stop by a Dhaba on the national highway.
- Dhaba is always special for its North Indian cuisines.
- Being a South Indian, I always crave Dhaba foods on most of my travel.
- We ordered different dishes to explore the foods in that particular Dhaba.
- Another specialty of Dhaba is the 'Thread Cot Seating,' which is found in almost all the Dhaba's.
- This kind of seating undeniably gives a home structured eating for many of us.
- As we received our ordered foods, we started to indulge in them. It was yet another best place for Dhaba foods.
- The place I visited is on the Chennai-Banglore National Highway.
Name of the Dhaba: The Great Indian Dhaba
Quality of food: I would give 9 out of 10 for their quality. Almost every food we tasted was delicious.
Management of Staff: I would rate this 5 out of 10, as there was only two staff who knew the local language. The other members knew only Hindi. As my brother knew Hindi, we managed to order the foods.
Special food: 'Cold Payasam' was one special dessert which I haven't tried in any other Dhaba's. It was super delicious, and I would rate 10 out of 10 for that particular dessert.
