this statement is 100 percent true . As some people blame the situations for their loss or disability , they don't work to improve themselves but they only waste their time in blaming others for their problem. In Hindi language their is a proverb for this - NACH NA AVE ANGAN TEDHA. its meaning is someone who don't know dance blames the floor for it. Just like that only in the following above statement it is said that a workman who is not good in his work blames his tools fir that. Many people in real world do just the same thing. The thing is that people don't want to accept their mistakes in place of accepting their mistakes and improving themselves they just blame the other person or things . People should realize and accept their mistakes and try to improve thm so that they couldn't be repeated again.

Answer:

A bad workman quarrels with his tools

If someone performs a job or task poorly or unsuccessfully, they will usually lay the blame on anything except himself. He will blame the quality of his equipment, or other external factors, rather than take the responsibility for his own failure.

Students should not behave like a bad workman. When they get low gradings, it is pointless to blame their teachers and text books or pens or notebooks. In fact, a low grade should inspire them to study harder.

A good workman would take full responsibility for any fault and not try to blame his equipment. He is wise enough to to learn from his mistakes and improve the quality of his work. Therefore, someone blaming poor work on his or her tools must not be very skilled.

In other words, a person who is unskilled cannot do skilled work even with the very best tools.
