Doctor : OK. What did you have in lunch yesterday?

Patient : I had eaten four Chapattis, rice, pulse, vegetables, curd, Salad and two bowls of ice cream.

Doctor : Did you eat anything in the evening?

Patient :I ate Dosa, Chutney, Sambhar, some Rasogullas and drank two glasses of Lassi.

Doctor : OK. Your entire problem is due to overeating.

Patient : So, what shall I do now?

Doctor : I am writing some medicines. Take thrice a day.

Patient : What will I eat doctor ?

Doctor : You can have a very simple Khichdi.

Patient : Thank you so much doctor.
