On behalf of ABC School, I, Ravi K, the Cultural Secretary of the school, would like to invite the participation of your school in our Inter-School Debate Competition. About forty schools will participate in the event.
You can send a maximum of three students from your school. They have to come in their school uniform with their students’ ID card. They have to bring with them a letter of consent from you. The medium of the debate will be strictly English. They have to report at our school auditorium at 9.a.m sharp and get themselves registered at the registration desk.
