Given :  a cubic polynomial whose zeroes add upto 12 and are in the ratio 1:2:3​

To find :  cubic polynomial

Solution:

Let say  zeroes are

a , 2a & 3a

Sum of zeroes  a + 2a + 3a = 6a

6a = 12

=> a = 2

Zeroes are  2 , 4  , 6

Cubic polynomial

= (x - 2)(x - 4)(x - 6)

= (x - 2)(x² - 10x + 24)

= x³ - 10x² + 24x  - 2x² + 20x - 48

= x³ - 12x² + 44x - 48

x³ - 12x² + 44x - 48   is the cubic polynomial
