I will be speaking for the motion of the house, which is - "admission to top-notch institutions guarantee a successful career".

Nowadays, every individual seeks to be one step ahead of every one else, especially when it comes to higher education and careers. Ask say twelfth grade student about his or her dream college, and they will be bound to mention at least three of the best colleges in their respective discipline. While Science students aim for the IITs or AIIMS, literature students aspire to study at JNU or JU. Also, most commerce students opt for CAT preparations for IIMs while they partake their graduation degrees. In today's world, career options are innumerable, and the stakes are high. Hence, every student aims to join a reputed college or university not merely for the faculty or the infrastructure, but also for the exposure they will get, as far as campus recruitment drives and placements are concerned. In fact, the universities in India are themselves the favourite hub-spots of famous IT companies and Corporate firms.

The twelfth grade in school is a watershed moment of every young adult, and it is deemed significant for every student to plan their career paths in such a way so that they can build good relations; and good networking begins from the best education institutions. Thank you so much for listening.

Good Morning everyone! Today I would like to speak in favour of the topic "Admission to top-notch institutions guarantee a successful career. In today's world, where everyone asks the name of your school, college etc. before your name, it is highly important for students to get admission in top notch institutions. However, it does not all end after getting admission in a highly renowned institution. The main question here is about the career of the students studying in such institutions. Do such students have a ready-made career waiting for them after they graduate?

The answer to this question may vary from person to person but the one thing that we cannot undermine here is that when you study from such well-known institutions, it not only broadens your horizon but makes you perceive things from a different perception.

Obviously, the student who has studied with in a holistic way will have better understanding of his/her subjects which will help him/her later in life. Top-notch institutions give the students required exposure to non-academic activities as well. This motivates the student to enjoy studying rather than taking it as an obligation.

With such an attitude towards the goals, anyone can achieve a promising career in life.

With this, I rest my case and hope that you are convinced by my arguments.
