The preamble to the Constitution of India is a short basic articulation that sets out the directing reason and standards of the report, and it demonstrates the source from which the record determines its power, which means the general population.

The expectations and yearnings of the general population, and in addition the beliefs of our country, are portrayed in the introduction in clear words. It might be considered as the complete self of Constitution. The preamble can be alluded to as the prelude which highlights the whole Constitution. It was received on 26 November 1949 by the Constituent Assembly and happened on 26th January 1950.
