Respected bench of judges and my dear friends today i speak in favour of encouraging an unconventional career. unconventional in my dictionary is potential among diverse elements of life it is always found that when a profession is derived from one' hobby that profession brings happiness and success. the more our mind explores the more unconventional becomes conventional. girls working in offices was unconventional at one time now look the benefit the exposure has been brought by the opposite so lets firstly encourage the hobby building habit among us and secondly lets appreciate every initiative any young or old minds develope

The Honorable Members of the Jury, Principal, Teachers, My worthy opponent, and my dear fellow students! Today, I shall speak in favor of the topic, "Encouraging an unconventional career. Society needs to grow up in supporting career choice."
Honestly, It's not possible that the world has a very few limited options for a career. Yet when we ask a society, be of any area in the world, there are mainly just 3-4 options that commonly pop up in everyone's head - Doctors, Teachers, Lawyers, Engineers. These four occupations have always been the first option for any society at any place or in any continent.
I oppose my opponent's view on the fact that these jobs are highly paid. Think about the soldiers ! The protectors! The Saviors of the Country! No one would survive without them. Such fearless souls! Not everyone, (might be you too) would lay down their lives for their motherland!
Fashion Designing! I deny my worthy opponent's statement that states that they are uneducated ! One of the most striking features of humans is that we are all unique. Fashion plays an important role here. A full suite for business sessions, a uniform if you are going to a school, a casual outfit for going shopping. Thanks to fashion designers, people have enough sense to dress decently. Imagine a person going for a swim, wearing a prom dress !
People should learn to follow their passion and chase their dreams. Over half of the people who have degrees, do not work for it. It's just hard for a human to stay happy when all he has is just 4 options! Its ridiculous ! The world does not run with just 4 careers. Think about how it would be if there were no plumbers, electricians, farmers or mechanics! Our lives would be a mess.
Therefore, I strongly agree that the view to encourage an unconventional career and the society needs to grow up in supporting career choice.
