Good morning everyone present; I am going to debate on should the payment for government hospitals staff be increased or not; and I am going to speak in favor of it.
Well, inflation is rising gradually in all types of economies. Cost of life is usually increasing. In order to live a decent life and to meet all the expenses and to invest in futuristic plans, one must have enough money. Healthy pay package is every individual’s need.
The Government increases the pay of the Government staff timely; and it is required also. However, the Government must also ensure the people working in private firms, companies, organizations, self-employed people, vendors, rickshaw pullers, laborers, etc. should also enjoy timely hike in their pays as well.
In conclusion it can be said the payment of all types of employees should be increased. This rise in payment is a healthy indicator of a progressive economy.
