Answer:

Hey guys

Explanation:

Mercy Killing is not a crime but a brave and a selfless act of love.

Honorable judges, respected teachers and my dear friends.

I, Tanya Aneja, stand before you as I vouch for the motion that euthanasia is justified.

Euthanasia, also known as mercy killing, comes from the greek word meaning ‘good death ‘.

I believe, Euthanasia should be acceptable for those who have no hope of ever recovering let alone living life and living it more abundantly.

These people have only one way to get away from all their problems and that is by euthanasia.

What do we do about the terminally ill and sick people? Is it good and proper to keep them alive and suffering when all they want is a merciful release?

When we KNOW that these patients cannot be cured, then, why are we making them suffer till their last breadth? Why do we have to see them in this misery?

Their bodies have become an instrument of torture even to their famillies as they watch their loved ones helplessly...

It is true that the law has no concept of the mercy killing. But we, as people – we, as a society – very much do have such a concept. And we always have had such a concept. Indeed, not to have the concept of mercy killing is not to have the concept of mercy.

Thankyou!
