In favor of:

1. They are useful means of communication.
2. They can be used at the time of emergency to call parents, police, etc.
3. Cheap mobile phones can be given.
4. If student needs something from home they can call and make it available.
5. They also help in homework because it have calculator, converter, timer, stopwatch, etc.
6. If they are trapped in city anywhere they can be traced by their mobile phones.
7. When school bus is not available they can call at home to be picked up.
8. When students want to stay for extra class they can call at home.
9. They come in touch with new technology through this device
10. They can search over thousands of websites which are educational like Brainly.
11. Mobile phones is cheaper than PC so it easy for parents to afford it.
12. They can save time by clicking a picture of the blackboard and not writing it in copy.
13. They should be allowed after class 9 because it is imp. now-a-days.

Against:

1. Cell Phones work as a distraction in studies.
2. Class may be disturb at the time of phone calls.
3. Students can search for inappropriate sites which can waste their time.
4. They will be affected by badly chosen sites.
5. Students can cheat in tests using cell phones.
6. School have its own telephone if needed.
7. Cameras in photos can be used for clicking inappropriate pics and videos.
8. It may result in competition between students that who have a good phone.
9. Parents will be pressurized by students for buying expensive phone for him.
10. To reduce such difference schools have assigned their own uniform.
