if anyone is morning Walker then he/she knows that morning walk gives positive energy, morning fresh air and chipping of birds was so beautiful. morning walk is just like the feeling environment surrounding ours. whereas many people don't have time for walking at morning so, they walk at night. night walk also beneficial for ours. walking after dinner help ours in digestion and gives a good sleep at night. so walking is very important for ous at least 10 to 20 min of walking is necessary for ours...
