In our area there is a beggar called Subramanian .He is a mentally ill man.He is nearly 60.He used to wear a torn or ragged cloth he also had a bag in his shoulder.I have never seen him opening hi mouth for asking alms.All the childrens would scare and run away.Their parents would never allow their children near him.All the dogs would bite,bark at him.Policeman would take his stick an beat him in his back while he is sleeping at the tea stall.
