Customer: I bought this watch just a couple of days back. I didn’t notice while purchasing that there is a scratch on the dial of the watch. Can you please solve this issue?

Salesman: Sure sir. I will try to resolve the issue as much as I can. But the problem is the scratch that you are showing us is not actually a scratch, If you notice it mindfully  it is a company design that has been encrypted on it. Let me show some other similar watches of the same brand .

Customer: Yes. I guess you are right. This is same in every watch. Then it is something made by company. Anyways thanks a lot for the clarification.
