Dialogue on the effectiveness of online classes

Teacher: What did you like about the online cl(a)sses?

Student: That we didn't have to get out of the house to attend cl(a)sses. It was very convenient.

Teacher: Yes, you were saved from hours of travelling.

Student: Also, we did not get late for cl(a)sses, but sometimes the connectivity was so bad that even though we were in cl(a)ss, we didn't hear anything.

Teacher: I have also had a lot of trouble with connectivity. It was very difficult to know who was disconnected and who was pretending.

Student: I think it was even more difficult for you, ma'am because there were so many faces on the screen and monitoring each one must have been challenging.

Teacher: Indeed. In the process, we didn't have enough time to address everyone's d(o)ubts. Most of the time was lost trying to maintain discipline in cl(a)ss.

Student: I am so happy that we are now able to attend regular cl(a)sses and see everyone face to face. Two years of online classes is more than enough for a lifetime!

Teacher: For us teachers too!
