Customer (Mr. Mehta / Sir ji).

Shopkeeper (Gupta ji).

Mr. Mehta (loudly): Gupta ji, where are you?

Gupta ji : Yes Sirji, what happened?

Mr. Mehta: The book which I brought from you yesterday has many missing pages, (shows the book) (almost shouting)see almost 5 pages are missing.

Gupta ji(calmly): Sorry Sir ji I will replace it but do you have the bill for it?

Mr. Mehta : Yes, yes. Here you go.

Gupta ji: Thank you. Please wait I will bring it.

(Gupta ji brings the book)

Mr. Mehta(much calmer than before): I always buy books from here how come this time the quality was bad?

Gupta ji: Sorry Sir ji,  this time we got books from a different supplier.

Mr. Mehta: I had got it as a gift, imagine how embarrassing it would be for me if I had given it.

Gupta ji: Sorry Sir ji, we will now make sure to never buy books from that supplier.

Mr. Mehta: Thank you. Anyways I will leave now.

Hope this helps,

ira.
