Father: Your mother is not home tonight. We have to cook tonight.
Son: Why don’t we order some food from outside?
Father: It’s not healthy eating outside always. Your mother is gone for 5 days. So we need to cook. We can’t eat outside every day.
Son: But, I don’t know how to cook. Mom always does cooking. How do even you know cooking?
Father: I know your mother does the cooking but that doesn’t mean I don’t know how to cook. I learnt how to cook during my hostel days.
Son: But I am still at home. It still has couple of years to go for college and hostel.
Father: But it’s good to learn some basic cooking so that you never sleep hungry. I learnt from my mistake and started cooking in college. You still have some time to learn. You can’t always rely on outside food.
Son: That’s true. It’s good to know some basic cooking.
Father: What if I start teaching you from tonight. It will be father son adventure together. You can surprise mother after she is back.
