Explanation:

Rohan:− Hello, Moham what brings you here and how are you?

Moham:− Hii, I am fine, I have came to receive my elder brother, who will be coming from Mumbai by the Gitanjali express.

Rohan:− I am also well, and I have came to receive my uncle who will be coming from Patna.

Moham:− The Coromandel express is running late, by one hour.

Rohan:− But, I am lucky that the train by which my uncle is coming is running to the time.

Moham:− Lucky indeed!

Rohan:− However, when did you came to the station.

Moham:− I came 5 minutes before you, as I am too excited.

Rohan:− I am also excited.

Moham:− An announcement is going on. The train is coming.

Rohan:− Yes, you are right. So, Goodbye, Moham

Points to keep in mind while writing a dialogue:

  • Think of a suitable situation to talk about
  • Mention the topic within the first 2 sentences
  • Use appropriate keywords
  • Keep the dialogue distribution equal- both friends should speak about the same number of lines. Neither of them should speak too little or too much.

Hints for a dialogue between two friends at the railway station:

  • Meeting by chance- expression of surprise, happiness
  • Situation- picking up someone from the railway station, dropping someone off at the railway station, travelling to another place by train, coming back from somewhere.
  • Keywords- journey- relaxing/tiring, train schedule- on time/delayed, announcement, weather conditions- foggy/clear, coach, seat, window, comfortable, length of journey- long, seven-hour, short, overnight, frequency of travel- often, each month, weekly, once a year.
