Liza and Tony are having a discussion on political attitudes of political leaders.

Liza: Hey Tony, do you have any idea what political attitude means?

Tony: As far as I know, it’s the opinion and beliefs of an individual about politics. It helps us decide which ones we are going to vote for.

Liza: I see, it’s our guide to knowing if the politician has similar ideas to ours. I think I like to vote for a political leader who has high sense of nationalism.

Tony: I agree with you. Also, I would like to vote someone with positive political attitude. Meaning, that political leaders must show strong ethics in politics.

Liza: Maybe we should be politicians.

Tony: [Laughs] I think so, too.

Friend A: When I compare political leaders of our country to those of the advanced countries, I feel so ashamed.

Friend B: I don’t know much about our political leaders, but one thing I know for sure; they are quite corrupt and greedy.

Friend A: Political leaders in some of the European countries are so honest and patriotic. They don’t consider politics as means for self-gains; they work very hard for the welfare of the people of their countries. Can you imagine the Prime Minister of Denmark goes to his office by bicycle?

Friend B: Really! Our political leaders travel with such pomp and show in a cavalcade of cars and security vehicles. What a wastage of national wealth and environment!

Friend A: In most of the European countries, political leaders live as normally as the common people; but here in our country, politics has become such an ignoble profession.

Friend B: How to change the political environment in our country?

Friend A: We need more dedicated youngsters to take up politics who can bring nobility, dedication, and sense of fairness to it. Then more and more such youngsters will join politics; and then politics will regain its glory in our country too.
