Answer:

Person 1 - This house has an amazing outside view. I can't resist myself from living in this house now. I guess without wasting any more time we should finalize this house, shouldn't we?

Person 2 - Yes (while hesitating), but don't you think that this house might just not suffice for four people?

Person 1 - What do you mean by that?

Person 2 - Didn't you notice how congested the kitchen is? Only a single person can work at a time there.

Person 1 - Indeed!

Person 2 - And there are only 2 bathrooms which will definitely create chaos every morning.

Person 1 - I didn't think about that.

Person 2 - And then there are only 2 bedrooms and no guest room. Where will the guests sleep then?

Person 1 - I didn't notice that either.

Person 2 - I don't think so I need to count any more bad qualities of this house now. Genuinely saying there are a lot more houses which are far better than this one and which you may also get for a fairly low price.

Person 1 - Yes, I was so fascinated by the outer view that I neglected all the inner bad qualities. I think we should go and look for some more houses now.

Person 2 - Indeed. But I must warn you that you might not get a better outside view anywhere else than this one. (while laughing)

Person 1 - (laughing) That would work for me as long as all the inner qualities are in an excellent state.

Hope it helps!
