Speaker( Me): Good Morning Sir! This is Rita Sanyal and I have just completed my Masters ( in Biochemistry) from the University of Calcutta. I have done my graduation from St. Xavier's College, Kolkata. I am the single child of my parents and belong to a family that's associated with research.
Panel: What makes you feel that you are suitable for this post?
Speaker: I have done several internships in my past and looking forward to a career in research and I feel my knowledge and dedication will help in the progress of this company.
Panel: Where do you see yourself in the next ten years?
Speaker: As a successful R&D scientist.
Panel: What do you have to say about the current status of R&D in our country?
Speaker: R&D is progressing at a good pace in India, however, it needs to increase the scope for freshers in order to get a strong hold.
