write a dialouge between shopkeeper and a costumer regarding problems faced due to ban on plastic carry bags

(the dialogues start after buying all the products by the customer )
customer :how can I carry it.
shopkeeper :sorry sir you have to play at least 10 rupees for a small cloth bag but but you need a big bag for carrying these items as the plastics are Banded I can't give you a paper or cloth bag of the a of size which can hold all your products.
customer: this become a huge problem everywhere .
shopkeeper :of course yes sir it is big problem and its headache for us only.
customer: sir its not only a headache for you for us also because we are not able to carry any things as cloth bags are so expensive than plastic bags if we carry a paper bag which cannot hold enough weight so it becomes a problem for us also .
shopkeeper :yes sir .
customer: ok sir give me to cloth that I will give you 20 rupees sir.
shopkeeper: thank you sir.
