• My favorite day of the week is Sunday because it is quiet. Nobody works. In the morning, I normally go to the open air market in Saint Antonin Noble Val to buy fresh food and newspapers. Then, we have a cup of coffee in a bar. We have lunch in a little house in the country in the Tarn et Garonne. After lunch, we usually read a book or walk across the fields to pick flowers, or fruit or to find vegetables. For me, the evening begins at 6.00 p.m. This is a time when I relax. Whenever possible, I watch Pluzz TV. For me, Sunday is a day when I can recharge my batteries and prepare myself for the following week.
