Dear Diary,

I am very happy because my mother said to me that I am doing good work. I am helping my mom in her household works. I cleaned all the rooms, kept all things in its own place, even I washed the utensils. My mom gave me some chocolates and hugged me. I can't express my happiness. My father was very happy to know that I did all the works. I did most of the household works, which decreased the mom's burden. She relaxed and watched T.V.

You may not go out and work and earn money to make your parents happy, just you can help you, mom and dad, in household works and earn the happiness of them in this lockdown. I utilized my time in a good way. I am very happy.

Concept: Writing a diary helps you to concentrate on your writing without thinking about who will read it or what they will say. And practising it on a regular basis will help you enhance your thinking processes and perhaps become more creative in your approach to problem solving. Keeping a journal might assist you in recalling events and activities.

Solution:

Greetings, diary

We all agreed to take a day off today to give mum a rest because she works so hard for us. We could only do the bare minimum for her. Father, An, and I decided to divide and conquer the labour. I was given the responsibility of cleaning both my room and the dining room. I believed this work would be a piece of cake for me at first. But I quickly realised that cleaning the walls is even more difficult than answering the most challenging arithmetic problems. Every object in the room appeared trying to keep me from finishing the chores. It all started when I broke the plate while washing it. It wasn't the end of the story. I also damaged a flower pot and a wall-mounted picture in addition to the plate. My deeds, however, were not rewarded. Cleaning my room would never have occurred to me as a possibility in a million years. When I started cleaning the two rooms at 8 a.m., it was a struggle. It was nearly eight o'clock when I finished. After all of these chores, I was fatigued. But, despite my tiredness, something occurred to me. There's something crucial. Mother does these things 365 days a year, without taking any vacations, I realised. I'm going to start helping Mom with some minor tasks from now on.
