Dear Diary,

Its been many years since I last visit my village. Today, I saw a farmer harvesting his crops of wheat, he was singing a beautiful song. It was a huge expanse of green field, the wind was silent and little birds were chirping.

It was such a serene sight that left me awestruck for a while. I did not even realised when I started humming along with the farmer.

Such tranquillity is hard to find in metropolitan cities and that is why I love coming back to my village over and over again.
