Dear Diary,
I am feeling very sad today. There was a storm which destroyed everything. Many people died. Some children became orphans and some parents lost their children. It was a tough situation. I was safe at my friend's house on the house roof. When I was going to my village I pushed many dead bodies. I was worried about my family members. I was happy to see my grandmother safe. I took responsibility to take care of other people. I Made tents and distributed food among people which was supplied by helicopters. I also requested some people to accept some children as their own children so that the children will not become homeless.
I am happy that I helped people. But more material is damaged. It will take time to get repaired.

Diary entry about feelings and emotions.

Dear diary,
I just now watched the news channel stating the loss suffered by people in the storm. It stated the storm was magnificent and numerous people became homeless and lost their near and dear ones. The news was so heartbreaking to hear.
Suffers in natural calamities are usually the low-income people of our society. Rarely do people living in posh areas suffer or understand their suffering. Maybe this is the reason why they never create opportunities for these people.
The news channel also covered the struggles of suffering people in gathering their broken pieces of lives. They have to work for a month to earn an amount equivalent to rich people's one-day income. But the loss of close people can never be filled.
Diary, I promise myself, that I will bring the change to this system. Even a change in one person's life is enough and I will do it.
Prashant.
