SINCE CHILDHOOD, Navratri has been my most favourite festival, I have been crazy about it. I start dancing from the fi rst song that is played on the ground and my feet stop only when the last song ends. I love getting dressed up, I make sure all my ghaghras have a huge fl are and they should look like a ring when I twirl. I get a new pair every year and till now I must have almost 60 pairs of chaniya cholis. My mom travels a lot and she used to bring me chaniya cholis from Kutch, Saurashtra and other regions and I always had a variety of those typical, traditional chaniya cholis. My personal style is very monochromatic — if my lehenga is monochrome, I might go for a bright and shiny kaapdu or a bright and blingy dupatta. I love silver jewellery and have more than 300 earrings; I am always gifted real silver jewellery on my birthday. I am not really into gold. I seal my traditional look with big bindis and nosepins. Also, I am a big time street food fan and Manek Chowk is one of my must-visit places every night post garba.
