I have returned from the trekking expedition. I am feeling so fres. I am giving an account of my experiences of this expedition in this letter.
Maha and I were selected from our school to take part in a 7-day trekking expedition in Himachal Pradesh. We reported at the base camp well in time. We made some great friends as well.
We took a walk to Nagar on the second da. The third day was out orientation where we spent the night. The fourth day was spent in visiting the Museum and Fort Art Gallery.
On the fifth day, our trekking began to the rich pastures of Rumsu. We enjoyed trekking while seeing mother nature, mountains and snow-covered tops. Despite feeling tired, we continued trekking.
On the next day we trekked to the base of Chandkhani Pass. We were simply mesmerized by the birch trees and Touch Snow Line. The fresh water springs gave us great joy.
We came back to Rumsu in the camp according to our planned day. I kept wondering in awe that the nature is indeed a great treasure. The next day we trekked to Nagar followed by a delicious breakfast.
Finally, we attended the Farewell event and checked out for home. It was a wonderful experience to enjoy nature among the magical snow peaks of the Himalayas.
