Dear Diary,
During this lockdown, I got to experience the benefits of healthy eating habits and regular exercise. Eating homemade healthy food has not only helped me stay fit and healthy but also improved my memory and concentration ability. Regular exercise has prevented me from gaining weight and kept my body immuned to fight any diseases. Along with that reading books have developed my mental strength and values. It promoted me to display the household act of kindness and helping the ones in need during these tough times so that they can overcome this bad situation and taking the required precautions to prevent the spread of this virus.
