Dear Diary,
I was waiting to cross the road to walk to the lane old man was looking at the cars coming to and fro and unsure of how to cross the road. I understood his situation and walked up next to him, took him gnarled hand in mine and smiled. he looked up to me and relief coursed through her eyes. I put up a hand to stop an approaching car and helped her cross the street. The cars stopped for us when the saw what I was doing and once we had reached the other side safely, it was only then that she let my hand go. he touched my shoulder and turned me around to face her and hugged me. I helped him in order to buy some medicines..i was so happy in helping the elders..
