My grandmother stays in a small town near Berlin.
Her house is very beautiful and it is located in the middle of the town. The house has four bedrooms and a huge kitchen. This time when we went to meet her, I found her lovely garden full of beautiful flowers.
She was very happy to see us. We stayed with her for a week, and each day she cooked something special for us. She also baked my favorite chocolate cookies.
The weather there was very pleasant. So one day we all went for a picnic to the lakeside.
At night I slept in my grandmother’s room, and she told me lovely stories. She not only showed me my father’s pictures when he was young but also narrated many funny incidents about my father and his friends.
She gifted me two pullovers which she had knitted herself.
I always feel happy to be with her. I wish I could stay with her for a little longer. I left her house with a heavy heart. She too felt sad about us going back. We promised to visit her soon.

Dear Diary,
This summer vacation my whole family wanted to travel to the Hill station to spend the vacations. But I wanted to go to my grandmother's place. i prefer her pretty much. I always wanted to measure together with her. I spent my holidays together with her in my village this year. Early morning she wont to wake me up and provides me breakfast. She told me many stories about her childhood days and my father's childhood days. These were very interesting to concentrate. She also sang many songs on behalf of me. She told that after I was born I checked out a bit monkey. We both laughed at this. She cooked differing kinds of food on behalf of me. We both talked whenever and enjoyed plenty. I met together with her friends who also loved me considerably. Now it had been time to return. We both cried lots and promised to speak over the phone. i like my grandmother significantly and that i miss her too.
