Dear Diary
Yesterday I had done something awful . My dad had this comic book which belonged to him when he was a young boy . I loved reading it so much and I couldn't t take my eyes away from it . My dad told that he was going to sell it to a rich comic book store owner after I have read it . He told that He would pay a lot of money for that comic book because it was a one of a kind exclusive Easter edition comic book from the late 1900s He also told me that I should take good care of it and he trusts me with his whole heart. I had to go to school but I couldn't stop reading it so I decided to take it with me to school . But little did I know that was the worst mistake ever. So I neatly kept it in my bag so when its recess I can read it. when I reached school I was so eager for recess that I mistook English period for Math period. Finally recess had come . I took out the comic book and I read halfway through it but the then the bell rang and it was time to go in . I went in and my next class was about to start when I realized I left my bag in the school playground . I asked my teacher for a hall pass and ran as fast as I could to the playground but I was too late a lot of boys ran over my poor bag. I took my bag . My bag was fine but the comic was not . I was devastated. I couldn't believe it . The rest of the day went by and it was time to go home . I went home and showed my parents . They were hurt and disappointed . I regretted taking the comic to school so much .
