Answer:

I can relate with you on thoughts and clarity of mind.

Also, I can surely tell, speaking is just hesitation which will be surpassed if background is done well.

I will suggest what I have done. There are two sections of the problem.

1. Clarity of thoughts

2. Speaking in English (any other language, not mentioned here)

To have clarity of thoughts, it is very important to understand what you are trying to say. A sentence is llike a rope which has two ends. Starting and ending and both are related to each other.

Whenver you speak something, you get lost in words because, you stuck where to take the conversation you started. I have struggled with the same problem. Two things can be done.

1. You should think exactly what you are trying to speak. what is its objective, Where you want to take the conversation. Observe yourself on a regular basis. When sitting in a gathering , take a small piece of paper. Write some basic words of your thought what you want to speak and then form a sentence. It's a regular practice, but it works. Start with small sentences and small things.

2. Please write as much as you can. Take pen and paper or google doc or google keep and start writing.

Now the question comes, what to write. Write what your are feeling at the moment. The first thought.

For eg. You started writing. The first thought came, that what to write. Write this. Answer this.. Write whatever comes to your mind. After this, start writing your feelings. What you are feeling and why you are feeling. Answering to why will bring clarity to your thoughts. And then move towards thoughts and experiences.

I am still working upon it. It serves two purposes. One, no disturbed and unwanted thought remains in my mind . And secondly, I can connect all dots of my feelings and thoughts, which help me to understand myself better.

This process brings confidence in me which is reflected in my conversations as well.

I hope it will help you.
