Subject :- Complaint regarding water logging.

Respected Sir/Ma'am,

Monsoon hit up the city and the condition for which we were afraid of, seems to be just alike. There's always have been a problem of water logging during monsoon, in our area since previous 3 years and no considerable action is taken for the out standard condition of the residents. Elderly people and children in our locality, even find walking too difficult, consditions have worsened to such extent.

The number of two -wheeler riders killed due to the water logging and potholes has reached seven so far this monsoon. Frequent accidents occurs on streets. It's so dreadful that monsoon is in its first month and the pothole-deaths are seven and counting.

The unholy alliance of the netas (politicians) , contractors and the officials is to blame for the miserable condition of the streets. I strongly suggest that there should be a law formulated to book the erring contractors and officials under charge of ' contributory negligence amounting to death.' Only then will the things improve.

We really hope that through your prestigious press, our problems may get resolved as soon as possible.

Yours truly,
