My name is Habibul Hasan, I am living in Village Harpur Hari distt . Vaishali Bihar sir the electricity is not in proper condition in my area in a day 10 time the power will cut off and come , but in night very hectic problem is there at 10:00pm the light has come but very low voltage, the weather is not good very hot session lots of kids are crying whole night ....
