Dear sister
As you know a better food gives you better health so I am telling you the things we should and should not eat .We should eat fruits and vegetable
and fruit salad and their should be a balance diet .We should not consume junk food in much quantity we should avoid these food to remain healthy because these foods have calorie which is not good for health. We should also do exercises to keep our body fit.

Recently I got mum's email and I'm still in hysteria to got to know about your circumstances. Mum informed me that day by day you're becoming habitual of junk foods. And no wonder that you're facing fascinating health issues now. You don't even go out for a walk. You remain confined to the room. Neither you go to see a friend nor does anyone come to see you. I guess you don't have any good friend.
Darcy, you should realize that junk food ain't good for your health. And now you become unsociable.
Take an interest in healthy foods and activities. Go for a daily morning walk. Start making some friends in your elementary school.
