Dear Sir,
I live in a residential area. I want to bring to your notice that few people who ride their bikes rashly every evening in our residential area. As you know this the time when children used play and elderly used to go for an evening walk. Their is grocery shop across the road. Many housewives used to to shop in the evening. These activities has become very dangerous and in recent times there have been several accidents due to rash driving. This has become constant nuisance for all. So, i request you to take action immediately.
