Greetings ma'am,
I would like to inform you that the last book I had borrowed was in a very dire condition. Some pages were missing and the cover was torn. Kindly look into the safety and care of the books in the library. Checking the books before lending and after returning should be done to prevent the destruction of these precious objects.
