Importance of education in a Democratic republic. Indeed a democratic republic can't stand on its own until and unless it's citizens are educated. A democratic state is one in which the citizens directly or indirectly govern their state. To understand a government, Its formation and particular situation where a national or a state decision is required an individual must be educated so that each and every step taken by an individual leads to the betterment of the nation. Education is the backbone of a democratic nation.

It just can't A nation is said to be democratic if it is ruled by the people of the nation either directly or through their elected representatives. In order to run the government and a country, Education plays an important role by providing guidance to the people in choosing their representatives.

Education is not only learning the bookish laguages but also the process of complete development of a human mind. By stiding different subjects, A student gets infprmation of things all around the world. Like,

by studying subjects like history&civic, The person is enable to know the history of the world, What mistakes were made by the early people, How did they find solutions to their problems, How they formed the constitution of any country, Etc.
