Nearing towards the destination, a bolt of lightning tore the sky apart and rain started pelting down from the skies as it was raining heavily. Noah was in desperate need of shelter as he was starting to get soaking wet. Fortunately, there was a house that seemed abandoned so Noah decides to seek shelter here. Before Noah entered, he took a good observation of the outside to make sure the house was actually abandoned.But he had to hurry because the cold air went through his entire body. The multiple layers of clothing could not protect against the freezing cold water that was from the rain. The walkway leading up to the house was cracked. Weeds and dandelions poked out from these cracks. Green vines had clung on the outer walls of the house, while the top floor looked like someone had thrown a baseball right through it. It was as if the whole house had grown from the ground! Noah realised that he needed to enter the house because if he stays too long, he will catch a cold!
“Hello? Anybody at home? I am soaking out here!” as Noah knocked on the door but nothing happened so Noah then leaned into the big, inky and black door, hearing it screech open. Inside the foreboding house was almost as if it was pitch-black. As Noah entered, the house felt unnaturally still and the wood floors were in damageable shape and there he had assumed the termites had already done their job. As Noah walked down the wide empty hallway, there was no other furniture besides an old antique drawer and Noah walked toward the drawer and saw photos of him with horribly terrible jokes written over them. “ These are the worst jokes in the world! Who would write bad jokes over photos of me?” said Noah as he grinned. Curious, Noah decides to head to the second floor. He opens 1 of the doors and… “Bang!” as there was a net that captured Noah. He had no way of escaping now. Curiosity had killed the cat. Noah was anxious.
