If I were an Entrepreneur
An entrepreneur is a business owner. They are people willing to risk effort, and money into making a grand profitable business. As an entrepreneur the first thing I would want to do is start out small. I would build a colorful crazy looking candy store. I would want people to come and feel like a little kid again. I need the staff that I can trust, handpicked great people who enjoy serving others. I do want it to attract people so it has to be a nice looking shop, Filled with the best candy, anything that can catch your sweet tooth.
My business will require at least one acres of land. The parking area doesn’t need to be too big, maybe 10-15 cars at the most. I want the customers to feel comfy. Not like they are at home, somewhere they can be wild and just kick back to have some fun. I would like it to be near bigger stores. So customers can always have that place to stop by when they are out shopping. The will have two small bathrooms near the back. The walls in my candy store will be a light pink with a trim of black. There will be a long ice cream bar where you can build your own ice cream sundays. I want a jukebox in the back with a small seating area. The outside, in the back, will have a small patio where people can go eat their cold sweet treats on a beautiful day, I don’t want everything to be so cramped.
We will start off with 5 people labor wise. I will be the day and evening manger about two official janitors and the rest will be servers. After all, it isn’t going to be a medium size place so too many workers won’t be needed. Each employee would work no more than 20 hours a week. As businesses begins to boom,we can start hiring more people. I want the employees to be friendly. My industry needs to have fast and skillful people involved. I want the customers to enjoy coming because it’s a nice place with people they enjoy being in.
